Do you guys think it might eventually expand to that area as well once all the other areas start getting too popular/expensive for renters?

I'm extremely motivated and inspired to work my *** off (excuse the language).I've already read tons of articles here and I know what preliminary things I need to start with. i am currently working on a business plan, researching the market and the like.
