AZPM Link Tucson Houseflipping Down in 2016
I'm a bit of a web news junkie and I found this article interesting. It says Tucson houseflipping is down 18.2 % over the past 5 years. Mostly because foreclosures are drying up and their are a lot less houses below market value. From my perspective this is accurate. What are you guys finding?
