Newbie in Arizona looking for advice

Hi All,

My name is Angie Malanche and I'm a newbie to the world of real estate investing. I'm actually in a bit of a dilemma because while I'm new to investing I'm actually employed with a title company. I've also just passed the AZ real license exam but cannot have an active license and be employed with my company. Since I cannot hang my license at this point I'm actually really interested in investing instead but not sure where or how to begin. I stumbled across this website and forum through Google and I'm hoping someone can perhaps point me in the right direction. Look forward to hearing from you all. Thanks,
