I was thinking about using this site for the marketplace but last year I did and got a lot of people trying to play me with strange offer that supposed to be cash but was some kind of get rich fast scam that really made me worried.

Rich,There are no way around it when the bank has that clause.

You may enjoy reading the book "Think and Grow Rich".More importantly, the best person to ask may be your father.

I'll add mine here as well, and it comes from Rich Dad Poor Dad:Don't say "I can't afford it."

Is there any system you guys use to market the deals to rich people or manage the communication with private investors?
