Greetings from The Netherlands

I'm in my twenties, starting out as a real estate investor in The Netherlands. (Although I live in Belgium, there isn't really a market here.) Save for a financial background and what I've been reading up on, I don't have any experience.

Real estate got my interest after reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad, but don't worry, I'm not a sucker for The Guru Trap (though I appreciate the motivational speeches every now and again). Case in point: I'm in the middle of studying a course manual from The Amsterdam School of Real Estate and books like "What every real estate investor needs to know about cash flow..."

So although I'm starting out, I'm not diving in head-first. That's how I came across Bigger Pockets as well.

I'm pretty liquid, but I do want to leverage out what I have. I've set my eyes on Maastricht as a first target area.

Hope to get some information, advice and perhaps some networking opportunities around here!
