Though it may seem obviously that one will accomplish more when having an extra 3 hours, I believe that it is not simply the extra time that accounts for the extra success.By beginning my day with 2 to 3 hours focused on a morning ritual or daily task, I free up space in my mind to creatively take advantage of the evening.

I definitely want to work out as many utilities as possible before I even consider dropping an offer, and I'd like to verify rents too of course, but these are my typical due diligence tasks.

On top of that many of them charge for the hours they put on tasks beyond their regular tasks.I have used 3 companies so far until I gave up.

It does seem like a daunting task to take the first step.
