College Student Trying to Get into the Real Estate Investing Game
Hi, I am a college student majoring in Finance. I really want to get into the real estate investing business: rental properties, rehabs, etc. I am interested in it all, but as a college student (who doesn't have much money in savings at this point) I am wondering what I should be doing now to make this happen? Are there ways I can get around my lack of cash, that I'd still be able to get in the game this early?
