I don't know of any brokerage that won't accept a motivated agent.

There really Is not much value to them to accept a proposition especially on a moderate 6 cap property. ( An exception might be if one of your accredited investors is a WHALE.

If the offer is accepted, is that when we get pull out the multipage document covering all of the the finer details?
