Newly licensed in Oregon seeking principal broker
Not sure if this question is allowed here but thought I would give it a try!
I’m in the Portland Oregon metro area and just passed the RE exam and ready to find a principal broker. I have another flexible job at the moment so I have a low pressure situation in terms of finances. My main concern is finding a good mentor. Any specific agencies stand out? Or anyone have suggestions of alternative routes to the normal path most new brokers take to find a mentor? I’m not quite sure if that last question makes sense but I’m just looking for the best start to this new path and open to ideas or suggestions. Thanks!

Hey! Congrats on getting licensed! I’ve personally found eXp realty to have a wonderful mentorship program. You can choose a local mentor and they will take you through your first three transactions. If you get a good one like I did, they might even send you leads!
