Hello Everyone, I recently got my MLO license and I am having some trouble generating leads.

Lowering the bar that much could lead to lower quality property management for would be tenants.

Unmetered are always higher and the city currently isnt installing meters due to lead concerns.

This is the step people don't do or know about, which leads to a complete refinish job. 

They might be planning a HUGE special assessment like they were in my community and that could lead to lesser cash flow, or a close to net zero cashflow like me.

@Imani Porter-Clinton Hello Imani, I'm a beginning investor out here in Charlotte as well I live here though. from my experience so far there's opportunities in Charlotte but you have to really generate good leads. that's probably the main thing I struggle with right now.

All four Wasatch Front counties are above 20% appreciation with Davis County leading the pack at 30% median home price appreciation from December 2020 to December 2021.Its a great time to own real estate.
