Advice for a new agent.

Im a newer agent and I have like 4 deals in the works 2 listings and 2 buyers but I have trouble filling my days with productive work.  Any help?

I'd get on a schedule. Start your day checking emails/texts/calls. Then schedule your day out. Block time for prospecting, networking, showings, personal time, etc.  As things get busier scheduling out your day will help. From there find 2-4 lead sources and dial in on them. Could be cold calling, open houses, door knocking, social media, friends/family, etc. Once you do make it a habit to consistently do them. From there you'll grow. As time goes you need to establish systems and processes for smooth transactions. If I were to give myself advice 3 years ago when I started as an agent it'd be stick to a schedule, don't be afraid of no's, have a budget, don't count your chickens before they hatch, and just work your butt off.
