Flooring for renovation

Hi everyone,

What do you think of peel and stick vinyl flooring. I have a rental that has hardflooring but looks pretty old and worn. I was thinking of applying peel and stick vinyl. Another option was just cleaning it and buffing it out.

I just did it last week. All depends on what your market demands. You aren’t going to get much more durable than 4 coats of poly on oak. But if it is 110 years old as mind was, had numerous gaps from shrinkAge, and had been painted, in an $80k house, there was no saving it!
