I love learning and I am totally excited about closing soon to begin my REI career!  

I have a good deal of experience with renovations, loans, use of hard money, access to MLS, knowledge of my local market, etcThat being said, I am excited to begin investing in RE but here are my challenges.. 1) I am a HUGE believer in 15 year mortgages.

I love the research that is involved in finding houses, the excitement of looking, and knowledge gained thru every experience.I want to have the building blocks so I can set my children up for success.

I am excited about it.

I have traveled to a few other places like Georgia, Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, Nevada, Arizona, US Virgin Islands, New Mexico, Arizona, Canada, Mexico, to name a few.

I'm excited but nervous at the same time.
