Yes my real name is Johnny not John or Jonathan. I am a native of Los Angeles California. I have traveled to a few other places like Georgia, Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, Nevada, Arizona, US Virgin Islands, New Mexico, Arizona, Canada, Mexico, to name a few. Here to explore and participate in the real estate world. I have 13 years in real estate and mortgages.

Hi Johnny and Diane. I think you have to be careful buying in any area, including Little Rock. The key is to buy at a good discount going in amd having a good exit strategy. My first purchase in Little Rock yielded me a 32% COC return. I will be closing my next deal in a couple of weeks and project between a 20-30% COC. The beauty of this second purchase is that is is located in a better neighborhood where the residents are longterm tenants/homeowners. What's better, neither of these properties have been over 20K and are not in high crime or rundown areas.

I'm loving what Little Rock offers in the way of RE.
