Hey guys!

I'm really excited to join BP as I'm just starting to learn more about real estate investing.

A little bit about me:

I'm currently working on finding ways to help provide affordable shared housing in the Bay Area. I accomplish this by first renting out the house from homeowners, and with their permission, turn the house into a shared housing state and sublease the spots out individually. Although it's a bit less conventional than buying a house and then renting it out, I believe it helps a lot of the younger professionals, college students and interns find a relatively more affordable option

I'm looking to learn more about real estate investing, as well as share knowledge of managing properties and dealing with tenants.

:)
