Hello Investors :)

I've been a member of BP for a little while, but so far I've just been lurking. Lol So I thought now is probably a good time to introduce myself. I've been interested in REI since college and now I feel like I'm finally in a position to make my first big move. I currently own a gorgeous antique cottage in SLC, UT that I've been holding for about 6 years. Neighborhood is upscale trendy and in high demand. I'm gathering bids right now for upgrades and with more more research and math (fees, closing costs, etc), I think I can get out with a $50K profit. (God willing. Lol)

My biggest question right now is... What comes after that? If successful, I want to keep going and invest FT. I'll probably need to find a partner investor to help with my next project, right? Or, what's the best strategy for funding your second deal, given anticipated profit? Private lenders? Any tips would be appreciated. I'm also thinking about doing a FSBO because I'm in marketing by profession. That said, would love to hear about your experiences with FSBO deals...

Anyway, I'm excited to finally take the dive into investing! I'd love to network with people in my area (SLC, UT) so if you do, lets connect! I'm also super interested in attending local networking events. I'll keep y'all posted. :)

Best,

Ryann
