Hello everyone, I'm super excited and wanted to share for my first time on BP that my husband and I are new to real estate investing and just purchased our first flip. We're seasoned renovators on our own properties, completely 98% of a reno ourselves so this is our first leap in finding a private investor and doing it as a full time job.
