If it exists, that would help you to have a better understanding of it.One thing I did discover about FL insurance is that they sorta divide the state into zones and a carrier that does business in one zone may not be able to write a policy in another zone.

It’s a difficult specialty to look into because all of the reviews are about the inspectors being professional and how they get things done quickly but you never hear what was missed that was discovered a year later, etc.   

No mold showed up in testing, however mold was recently discovered in bathroom and remediated.
