Interviewing home inspectors
Purchasing my first BRRRR property outside of Chicago and I'm interviewing inspectors for prior to close. I'd hate to run into a problem that would blow out my budget. What should I look for in a good inspector besides good online reviews that I don't really trust? Good questions to ask when interviewing?
Thanks for any help
