I dont use the county form.I send them a letter, sometimes with pictures, of why my property should be valued at less.I use comparable sales or sometimes find similar properties that have lower tax values and use that.I list anything that would show why my place isn't as nice as something that sold for more.I always get a reduction in taxes.
