As for the appraiser, you believe (from your post) there is some implied confidentiality about the value they come up with, something along the lines of financial or medical confidentiality. 

I'm located in Summersville, WV, but travel to Fairmont and Morgantown often.

We travel and stay in Airbnbs, but I always seek out traditional listings that are hosted by the owner.

With Pittsburgh being the largest city in Appalachia it has a lot of same characteristics you see in West Virginia, western VA, SE Ohio, and eastern Kentucky where the hills/valleys/rivers/creeks all create natural barriers to travel.

So I am from Ohio but have I have lived in Las Vegas for three years now, traveling back-and-forth from both.I recently started to 90 a challenge from BiggerPockets and I’ve been looking for a property that my only concern is where I currently live I don’t think it’s a good area for a first time invested being its properties are expensive but Ohio is the opposite of that cheap room more affordable multi family homes.Which should state should I start out with Las Vegas has raiders coming which has raised so much value to the city area and I want to capitalize off the team arrival.
