there are no real turn key companies out here on the west coast or basically west the Rockies.. reason is there just is not the housing supply as there is in the older more established areas of the country.There are turn key companies in EVERY major metro area... one common denominator ( and I have not read @Tom Ott link)  is that they are usually vertically integrated.
