So I think I messed up when establishing this LLC and chose for it to be treated as a partnership.

These three smaller companies are popular with Bigger Pockets members, and their respective leaders are active on this forum.

We use rentometer.com and knowledge of the market to establish what we feel we could get for rents. - Next we run the numbers on cost. 

In the last two days, I met with two business sellers who have net profits of $580,000 and $600,000 per year respectively.
