I am currently living with family and I have a fiancé who shares my same passion.

Passionate about imaging the prospect of making money through deals .. and I work hard for a fair deal that will create win-win situation.

I know the Rehab/Property Management side, I'm a good negotiator, and my passion for real estate is growing.

I've learned a few lessons the hard way but all in all I've discovered I have something of a passion for real estate investing.

I have a passion for teaching others about commercial real estate and the opportunities and pitfalls of properties.

This is not to say they are the only considerations and I won't rehash what others have said about passion and what it is you actually want to do as it was said already but obviously if you are unhappy doing one or the other pure logic is not going to help.  1) real estate is cyclical even more so when you use leverage which unless you have a boatload of cash you will be doing.  

I look forward networking and meeting people like myself rhat have a passion for RealEstate.

My passion is real estate, I believe I have great potential in becoming a successful investor, only problem is I don't know where to start. 

We would like to flip down the road as sophisticated investors, more as a profitable passion.
