Hello everyone, 

My name is Malynda i am a current business Major student at Rockford University. My background consists of Paralegal as well as Real Estate. I have a crazy obsession with Real Estate to say the least. I previously back before the Real Estate laws changed i took the sales person Real Estate course. I completed to course , unfortunately like alot of people i didn't pass that national test. I passed the state but wasn't able to pass the national. The laws have now changed so i will have to take the course all over again ( which i intind on doing soon) in a effort to become a licensed Relator. So in the meantime to feed my crazy obsessions with Real estate i want to learn about flipping property. I look forward networking and meeting people like myself rhat have a passion for RealEstate.
