Hi Everyone!

My name is Josh Ridpath. I am a commercial real estate appraiser based in Richmond, VA. I have a passion for teaching others about commercial real estate and the opportunities and pitfalls of properties. I have experience in markets throughout Virginia, Ohio, and South Florida. I am also interested in investing in single and multi-family properties. I want to start building my portfolio in 2020.
