Hello to all in the bigger pockets community,

My name is Charles L. Patton III and I am super excited to be apart of a great network of motivated and passionate professionals. I am new to real estate and I am looking forward to building a legacy in real estate investing for generations to come. Last month I've taken a very informative 3-day seminar about real estate investing and every since then, I've been overly eager for more knowledge, contacts and ultimately my first deal.
