Thanks all, Yeah I honestly don’t have much confidence in the stock market.

Well...This is not some magic product or course or strategy...This is honestly and simply JUST pure logic, common sense and intelligence to  not follow the other 95% of people on BP that fail.Everyone has a big mouth claiming they are the expert and that what they do works..

Also, knocking on doors (aka "driving for dollars") is an outdated way of doing this and honestly isn't worth your time.

Areas like Haverhill, Lawrence, Lowell, New Bedford, are promising because they cash flow but honestly looking for some advice to navigate the this tricky MA market.

I am also a Investment Real Estate Advisor, Trainer, Team Leader and all around good guy ;) How to find someone like me in your local market....To be honest Bobby, I only know of 1 other person in the country who's anything like me, Mr.

Honestly, this does not happen very often, because the standard for a rezone is really high. 

The rentals are definitely more active and honestly can sometimes be a headache, but I get so many benefits (e.g. cash flow, appreciation, tax benefits, etc).

It’s not really possible for me to join on a weekday.I honestly would rather find a group that meets over the weekend and Joaquin’s group is discussing another day, so will see what happens first.

Just want to make sure going to be dealing with an honest and reputable outfit.
