I have watched a few of Scott's Youtube videos and found them helpful, but I really appreciated his openness and forthrightness about the mechanics of note investing in the phone call.

Know when to stop and watch the fireworks of stupidity happen with overbid homes.

I have always wanted to get into the industry, however lacked the motivation to do so until now.I have spent the last 3 months reading books by successful. investors, and watching countless videos with enough notes to fill 3 notebooks.

BP has great information on real estate investing including free online videos and courses for you to watch and learn from.

After spending the past two weeks watching every YouTube video I could find on all of the platforms,  Rentec Direct does look like the best bang for the buck.

I have not watched any of his in the last few months.   

My primary residence is near downtown and I am watching with a careful eye the developments re: AirBnB legislation...

They don’t make quality like that anymore and this one certainly deserves to shine.But I should be more realistic I suppose and quit watching all those home improvement shows (Honestly, Cabin Masters is the only one I watch now that that Florida one is no longer on the air - those folks were NUTS!!!)
