My name is Robert A. Sutton III and I am new to the idea of real estate investing. I have always wanted to get into the industry, however lacked the motivation to do so until now.

I have spent the last 3 months reading books by successful. investors, and watching countless videos with enough notes to fill 3 notebooks. I am at this point ready to hit the street!

I just want to make sure I'm prepared and able to correctly calculate my decisions in purchasing.
