Will the profit depend solely on you and your team? 

They are meant to be a supportive member of your team.

I'd imagine that'd be an average for managing many more.You can do it, but need a team in place.

I'm trying to build my team and wondering if anyone in Northern Utah would like to refer someone (contractors, plumbers, HVAC, electricians, attorneys, CPAs, etc).  

Many of them just don't understand investments and what we want.An alternative is to assemble a team within the local market you decide upon to help you acquire, renovate, rent, manage, your investment.Yet another alternative, is to work with a competent full-service provider of investment properties which will save you a lot of time.  

Team Members:Mentor- Someone, with experience, that will help and guide me through the process of real estate investing.

I am hoping to find someone in the area currently active on the rehab/fix and flip investing side that I could shadow from time to time or just meet with to answer questions to get a feel for good processes/procedures used and gain insight into how best to build a great 'team'. 

Need to add members to the team and build success and a solid financial future for every member of the team.
