You want to make the big bucks in Baltimore, expect too have a ton of problems, so those big bucks turn into small ones or find really good trades people and pay them to deal with the problems.

You have to compete with people who are spending big bucks marketing to get the deals, unless you have lots of time to invest knocking on doors.

Seems to be a pretty good bang for the buck. 

Tons of parking, which is unusual for the area, maybe enough space for 10 cars (not that I really want any party’s there) Completely wooded with many mature ponderosas and cedar.It’s a two bedroom one bath.

If you want to help them, You pay a couple of hundred bucks for them to sit down with Your cpa of choice.....they’ll get it straight and you get some good will (and stay out of legal trouble).

Just trying to make another buck.

Trust me it cost me 60,000 bucks to learn otherwise.
