Hi all,

If someone what to see some data but does not have access to MLS. Here it is.

Trends in the 3rd Q of 2018 for Philadelphia are similar to 2nd quarter. We still keep lacking of inventory and supply keeps dropping. However Average price rose 3.3% and Median price went up 9%. Compared to 2nd Q decline in average price. All data is in comparison to 2017.

I read some articles that the market is slowing down and a few major markets in the county went down. Do not see that trend in Philadelphia. We will have market trends for September available soon and see if there is any changes.

See pictures below:

Let me know if you want to see any other counties covered by Trend (berks, bucks, burlington, camden, chester, cumberland, delaware, gloucester, kent, mercer, montgomery, new castle, salem, schuykill)
