Air BNB and Short Term Rental:Hiring a VA to help with operations

Is there anyone in BP actively doing Air BNB / short term rental on a full time basis?
I have about 10 Air BNB/Short Term rentals and find myself in need of hiring a semi-full time VA to help me manage the back end operations.

Has anyone found success with VA's specifically in this area? If so would you mind sharing your experience with training VA's?

Hi!

Have you looked at automation tools?  I have 8 listings and work 50-60 hrs a week at a W-2 job. I use two automated pricing tools, Wheelhouse and Beyond Pricing. I need 2 to cover the geographic distribution of my units. The one tool that saves me countless hours is smart BnB. It’s a highly configurable comms tool. It manages all guest comms from inquiry to review. It costs me 70/mo.

I use Properly to manage and schedule cleaners.

Consider automating before hiring a VA.

Best of luck

Karen
