Like @Aaron McGinnis mentioned, many one man army contractors will just piggy back on our ideas, but if you specify everything, that should/could iron out some of the issues.

Man, I always have to be Debbie Downer :DI'm not going to disparage the idea of welcome kits - most of what I see mentioned is pretty reasonable, and it's important to remember that tenants are people - but I would caution against going too far to be/appear "chummy" with the new tenants.
