Best bet in this situation is show how you can add value and capitalize on it so that you can gain experience....

I am not trying to be difficult, just making a point, think about the value proposition you can gain on this for yourself or for someone else at this price point.  

Now I am here to learn more and hopefully gain a few more properties. 

That is how I get access to Pre-market REO properties.If you are getting access to Pre-market REO, how then can I as an investor establish a relationship with someone like you in order to gain this knowledge and seek the properties I am trying to get.

I think it's great that you are meeting up with the sellers to gain experience in negotiations and knowledge on how to compose a deal!  

I am really just out here trying to gain as much knowledge as possible before I jump in.

Another benefit is that I can refi now while it's NOT a rental and get a lower rate (and more cash out), and I'll get a larger interest write-off with the larger loan amount, possibly offset by investment gains elsewhere.Just curious what others think of this, or what you would do in a similar situation.
