My Name is Jesse. Originally from South Carolina, I moved to Maryland for my military career and bought my first townhome. I lived there for a few years before moving back to South Carolina. I decided to rent the property out for a year, and I then sold. I didn't realize it, but I accidentally became an investor. I created a year of positive cash flow even while using a property manager. Then when I sold the property it had appreciated significantly. After all was said and done my ROI was $20,000 not including my rental income. Now I am here to learn more and hopefully gain a few more properties.
