Hi BP members! Looking to start my journey to financial freedom. My goal for the year is to get myself into a single family or mult unit property that I will live in and rehab for the first 2 years, then decide to sell it or hold it. I have never purchased property but I have been going through the education process like crazy. If anybody has any insight on how to go about my goals the best please feel free to let me know.
