Start to learn the market you are going to move to and all the costs associated with small MFH investing.I would keep in mind though that getting your real estate license does cost money, cost you money to hang your license with a broker somewhere, you have to deal with certain rules when buying, you need to continue your education, and being an agent is a full-time job.
