Funding or Pay from first Commission to help new agents.
Hello BP,
I am less than 25 hours away from taking the state exam. I am aware that upon completion I must find a broker to hang my license. Once the process is complete I will be required to pay dues and fees. Are these fees due immediately? Or can they be taken from my first commission check?
Is there a way to get funding (angel investor) to help pay for the dues and fees for new agents?
