Hello Bigger Pockets! My name is Gizelle. (jiz-el) 22 years old. I currently live in San Francisco, CA but my boyfriend and I are moving to Lexington, KY where his family is from. My boyfriend, Mark, wanted to live closer to family and go to college there since it is much cheaper than California. I would also be able to spend less and earn more while living out there. We're planning on house hacking a multi-family property but not sure where to look yet. I won't be moving until September. I am very interested in rental properties!

Goals:

1. I hope to attain enough passive income to sustain myself and not work paycheck to paycheck. I don't want to work to survive. I want to work because I want to so that I may travel the world.

There are so many people I see in this world that are stuck working their entire life and miss out on what they actually want to do!

How I hope to attain this goal:

1. Invest in multi-family and SFR. At least buy 1 property on year one, then 2 properties on year 2, and 3 properties on year 3.

2. I also plan on obtaining my real estate license when I move out to Kentucky.

Hoping to get to know all of you! I'm very happy about this adventure!
