I've been exploring Florida as a relocation destination for long term retirement, but career and such is still good in Seattle and no reason to leave the high paying job that funded all this yet.

If you have a strong construction background and can take note of construction issues quickly, this might be a good career for you.

I began my career in early 2007 only to find that though the money was good in comparison to other careers, I would still never achieve the level of wealth &/or independence we all dream about deep down inside.After realizing I made six figures in Seattle & although we lived well, we still lived paycheck to paycheck & still couldnt really aford the type of home I had always envisioned for us.   

I am ready to jump in with both feet and make this my career as i really enjoy doing it and fell in love with the feeling i got when seeing my clients face after a closing!
