[Chad Roughton]

Hello, my name is Chad Roughton. I currently reside in Marietta, Georgia (metro Atlanta). I am only 25 years old looking to begin my career in real estate. Growing up, my dad built new construction houses and developed subdivisions around Warner Robins, Georgia. I went off to school to get a degree, while I was at school, he passed away. My goal was to graduate, then go back and learn the traits/business from him. Since his passing, I have graduated college and went on working for corporate america. I have grown to hate corporate america and want to start gaining as much knowledge about real estate and strategies as possible, and begin my career doing what I am passionate about instead of this awful corporate life.
