Hi Bigger Pockets Community,

I am a new investor looking to buy my first place.  I am 4 years out of college with my feet finally secure in my career.  I work downtown NYC in the Financial District and I am leaning towards buying a multifamily home in North Jersey.  I would like to live in one unit and rent the others.  I have enjoyed living in both Jersey City and Newark(Ironbound) over the last few years and would like to network with anyone who invests in these cities or their surrounding areas.  Please drop buy and say hello!
