Industrial/Flex Property Manager in Denver
Greetings Bigger Pockets!
My name is Mike and I currently reside in beautiful Denver, CO. I went to college for real estate, acquiring a degree in finance with RE emphasis from Wichita State University (go Shox!). During school I had the opportunity to intern at a local real estate firm in their commercial leasing department. After graduating I began full-time leasing and brokerage support for the commercial division. After a couple years gaining great introductory experience, I accepted a position as a property manager for a real estate firm headquartered in Denver.
My primary professional focus is related to managing and leasing various types of industrial/warehouse properties in CO, AZ, and TX. We have about 1.7 million square feet over 11 properties currently under ownership/management for which I am solely responsible for day-to-day operations. The company is very entrepreneurial in nature which has led me to be exposed to a wide variety of assets and investment strategies.
I've loved real estate from my first intro class with the great Dr. Stan Longhofer. I signed up for Bigger Pockets because I hope to begin personally investing in real estate within the next 2 years. I'm not actively looking to do business here in my professional career (commercial/industrial), but if you have questions or opportunities I am always willing to take a look.
