New Clients/Leads

Hello fellow agents!

My name is Gustavo Martinez, i work for William Raveis out of Milford, Connecticut and i joined the business about 6 months ago while working another unrelated job. 

I am ready to jump in with both feet and make this my career as i really enjoy doing it and fell in love with the feeling i got when seeing my clients face after a closing! Man, it was fulfilling! I wish it was all about being a good person and knowing what we're doing to create business but sadly thats not the case. 

What are some out-of-the-box marketing ideas/lead generating strategies you have seen results with?  I am not the kind of person to do cold calling (sorry) and i love social media marketing but i need a bit more... 

Also, i'd love to meet up with any agent, lender, attorney, investor or just anybody interested in the business to talk!
