Hey DenisWe manage about 80 or so rentals and our official system is:- We cannot guarantee early check in until a minimum of 8PM the night before (to ensure vacancy).- If available it is $25 per hour with a maximum of 4 hours. 

How to best make that "official" depends upon their plans.

I won't take anyone's word as an official quote here, but just wondering, have any of you had such foundation issues before, and how much did it cost to install rods / i-beams / etc.? 

There was an official report from 2007 requesting improvements to the foundation and the letter explaining the repairs pretty carefully did not mention that the repairs that had been done were to code.

I have since only used the official Chicago Assoc of Realtors Lease which gets updated annually.

My opinion, they are not going to take a post card seriously.An official letter would probably do better, but you are basing their open rate on deception.
