New to Pro membership, but I have followed BP on LinkedIn and BP podcasts for some time.  Mainly, I work wholesale and flipping lease options (touchy in Texas).  Learned wholesaling lease options from Joe McCall and John Jackson.  Getting into the pretty house seller financing acquisition mode to flip as lease purchase (Ron LeGrand system).

I have done a little private lending, but the will be tapped out for a couple of years.

I'm considering co-wholesaling as a quicker way to get deals start to finish until I am able to take early retirement from Army civil service job after 34-year Navy career.

My motto: Lead, follow, or get the hell out of the way.
