This is solely regarding Chicago residential home leasing.  

Has anyone validated the legitimacy of the site's "eForms" lease agreements for the city of Chicago?  

I recently had a lease created by them and seems very well composed.  It also highlights and provides the Vouchers required for Radon and Lead-paint.  

Can anyone shine some light on this from their own experience?
