Early Check-In Options on AirBnB Platform

Good morning,

I have a guest asking to check in earlier which I am happy to explore.  Right now, the night before they are scheduled to arrive is available, so an early check-in could happen IF the night stays vacant.  However, I can't make any promises since someone could schedule that night.  So, I was thinking of offering them a discounted rate to "occupy" the night before they stay so they can check in at any time.  How would I do that on the AirBnB platform?  Is that a "request payment" situation?  Or is there an easier way to handle this if they go that route?  Is there a different/better option?  Thanks for your time.
